Rebag's Shipping Policy

For domestic orders, Rebag ships with UPS and requires a signature for confirmation. Orders take 7-10 business days to arrive and shipping is $20 for orders below $500. For orders over $500, shipping is free. Expedited orders cost $50 and take 3-5 business days.For international orders, Rebag ships with USPS for purchases shipping to PO boxes and military addresses only. All shipments can be tracked by customers.

Rebag's Return Policy

Rebag's return policy allows customers in the US to return items within 7 business days of delivery. To initiate a return, customers must email [email protected] and provide their tracking number. Customers must also ship the item back to Rebag within 2 business days after receiving a prepaid label. Refunds will be issued within 10-15 business days after Rebag receives the item. International returns are not accepted.
