Everyday Dose currently ships exclusively to U.S. customers. Orders are dispatched from the U.S. using USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 working days from the date of processing. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses may experience longer delivery times. Everyday Dose is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers and advises customers to provide accurate shipping information to prevent misrouted or undelivered packages. While the company will assist with locating missing packages, it does not assume responsibility for replacing or refunding them. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, customers should contact Everyday Dose immediately at hi@everydaydose.com, and may be asked to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Everyday Dose offers a money-back guarantee for customers unsatisfied with their purchase, allowing for refunds within 45 days of receiving the first order. Customers should contact Everyday Dose at hi@everydaydose.com before initiating a return to ensure proper processing. Unidentified returns may face delays or nullification. Returns must include all items in their original packaging: the 30-Serving Mushroom Coffee+, the black Dose Scooper, and the Frother, all in the original shipping box. Customers bear the cost of return shipping and must email tracking information to Everyday Dose. Refunds are not issued for products returned after 45 days or for opened products after the first order. The money-back guarantee applies only to subscription products, not one-time purchases. Unopened items must be returned in original, unused condition, with the customer responsible for shipping costs and providing tracking information. For undelivered or returned-to-sender items due to incorrect addresses, refunds minus shipping costs may be issued if the product is returned in original condition, or reshipping may occur with an additional fee. Requests for replacements or refunds are not accepted past 30 days of delivery.
