Trade Coffee offers shipping within the United States using USPS. Orders of $30 or more ship for free, and all additional orders have a shipping fee of $2. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of roasting, and customers can expect delivery within 2 to 5 business days. Subscription orders also ship for free. Unfortunately, Trade Coffee does not offer international shipping or shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, freight forwarding addresses, or Puerto Rico.

Trade Coffee's Return Policy

Trade Coffee does not accept returns on any perishable items, such as coffee. However, if you receive a bad batch of coffee or the wrong grind, you can contact [email protected] for a resolution. If you need to return any equipment, it must be in the original packaging and in 'like new' condition. Trade Coffee will not accept returns on equipment that requires to be plugged into an outlet.
