Filling Pieces offers worldwide delivery to most countries. Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped the same day if ordered before 10pm on working days. Deliveries within the European Union take two to three working days, while deliveries in all other countries take three to six working days. During sale periods, shipping may take longer than usual. Filling Pieces's Return Policy

Filling Pieces allows customers to return their purchases within 30 days of receiving their order, except during online sales where the return period is only 14 days. The items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, while the Ready to Wear collection must be returned unwashed and with all labels still attached. Filling Pieces offers free returns for orders placed within The Netherlands, but customers from other countries will have to pay for their return shipping costs. During sales, returns are not free. The company recommends using registered mail for returns and will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Filling Pieces does not offer exchanges, but customers can return their items and place a new order.
