Innbeauty Project's Shipping Policy

Innbeauty Project currently ships within the US and to Puerto Rico. Customers can sign up for the newsletter in the footer to stay informed about where the brand will ship to next. Free standard shipping is included on all orders $40 and over, with a shipping cost of $3.99 for orders under $40. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping times range from 4-8 business days for domestic orders, and 7-12 business days for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The brand does not ship to P.O. boxes. Orders placed after 1:30pm ET on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday and shipped out on Tuesday.

Innbeauty Project's Return Policy

Innbeauty Project accepts returns and exchanges on products that are damaged or unused. Customers must make all returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, and the original shipping cost is nonrefundable. To place a return, customers must provide their order number. Returns should be processed within 1-2 weeks.
