Javy's Shipping Policy

Javy's shipping policy indicates that orders will be processed within 3 to 7 business days, with no shipment made during weekends and holidays. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated based on the shipping details provided during checkout. Free shipping offers are only valid for orders within the USA. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses is accepted only within the US, US Territories, and APO/FDO/DPO. Once the order has been shipped, the sender will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking number(s) via email. Customs duties and taxes imposed during or after the shipment are the customer's responsibility. Javy will not be liable for any damaged or lost products during shipment. If the order shows as delivered but has not been received, customers are advised to check with their local post office within 15 days of delivery. Javy will reship the order on a priority basis in case of lost or damaged orders.

Javy's Return Policy

Javy offers a 30 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee on first orders only. This policy does not apply to subsequent orders. To receive a refund on processed or shipped orders, the order must be refused upon delivery or returned unopened to the warehouse. The company will provide a prepaid return label. For orders with multiple bottles, a full refund is issued only upon return of all unopened bottles. If only some bottles are returned, the satisfaction guarantee becomes void.
