Lashify Lashes's Shipping Policy

Lashify offers overnight and next-day rush orders, which must be placed before 3 pm PST Mon-Fri to be processed on the same day. All orders will process between 3-5 shipping days, and customers will receive a tracking number within 72 hours of the purchase. Free shipping is offered on orders over $150. For Luxe Box members, domestic USPS standard shipping is free on orders over $45 (subject to a $4 shipping fee). International shipping is free on orders over $100. Lashify also offers Route Shipping Protection for all online orders.

Lashify Lashes's Return Policy

Lashify Lashes has a return policy for their Control Kit which allows customers to return the item within 30 days of delivery. The customer must include all original items from the package and shipping and handling fees will be subtracted from the refund. There are two standard return fees of $11 for shipping and $7 for handling. Refunds are processed within 2-3 weeks. All other products are final sale and cannot be returned. If the customer has an issue with the quality of the items purchased, they should contact Lashify Lashes within a week of receiving the package with images showing the issue and a description of the issue. The company will then resolve the issue which may involve a refund or store credit.
