mnml's Shipping Policy

Mnml offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $74.99. Domestic orders are shipped the same business day if placed before 12PM Pacific Time, and orders placed on Friday after 2PM PST will be shipped the next business day. Standard shipments will be sent via USPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the location. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority. International orders are shipped via DHL and are typically delivered within 7-21 business days from the date of shipment. All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Mnml ships packages both DDU and DDP, with DDU packages subject to import fees upon collecting their package. International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

mnml's Return Policy

mnml offers a flexible return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for all merchandise except for sales items. The returned merchandise must be postmarked and mailed within 30 days from the date of receipt and must be unworn with the original tags attached and in the original packaging. International returns due to refusal to pay duties and taxes are subject to a $25 restocking fee. To avoid any delays in processing, customers must include the original packing list with their return. Once the package is received, the warehouse will process the return, and customers will be notified via email. The company reserves the right to change its returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification. Customers can process a return by visiting the website and shipping the item via insured traceable mail in a secure package to the address provided.
