Nécessaire's Shipping Policy

Nécessaire offers shipping to all 50 states in the US and Puerto Rico, as well as internationally to Canada and the United Kingdom. For US orders, free standard shipping is available for purchases $40 and above, with a standard shipping fee of $6 for orders below $40. Rush shipping is also an option for $25. International orders to Canada and the United Kingdom have Standard and Expedited shipping options available, with shipping costs and transit times varying depending on the destination country, order size, and chosen shipping method. The brand is also able to ship DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) to these destination countries, with the total price inclusive of any duties and taxes. Customers can find tracking information for their orders in their My Account section or in their shipping confirmation email.

Nécessaire's Return Policy

Nécessaire accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for customers who are unsatisfied with their products. To initiate a return, customers should email team@necessaire.com with their order number and the items they wish to return. Returns within the US are free, but international customers are responsible for return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes. If a customer has opened a product, they can still return it as long as less than 1/4 of the product has been used. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used, and customers should allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
