Package Free's Shipping Policy

Package Free is a Zero Waste lifestyle shop that offers Package Free products and Package Free shipping globally. The brand ships all products in 100% recyclable and compostable packaging, including post-consumer cardboard boxes with paper wrapping, labels, and tape. Domestic orders typically arrive in 6-10 business days, but during peak season, may require a few extra days for shipping and processing. International shipments are shipped Duties and Taxes unpaid, and the customer is responsible for payment of those fees. The brand does not ship liquids internationally. Package Free does not have any shipping deals or costs specified on their website. If a package is lost or delayed, the brand will do everything they can to track it down and will provide a resolution for the customer.

Package Free's Return Policy

Package Free has a limited return policy. All sales are final, and there is no right to cancel an order or receive a refund or credit for a product purchase, except in limited circumstances. If a product does not conform to the brand and model listed in the purchase confirmation, it can be rejected within three business days of receipt of the product. If Package Free determines that the product is non-conforming, it will either replace it or refund the price for the product. Customers must act swiftly to receive a refund or replacement in the event of non-delivery and must notify Package Free of non-delivery within a specified time frame. Package Free reserves the right to decline or cancel part or all of a product order at any time, for any reason, with or without cause and/or prior notice. The company does not provide any warranties with respect to the products, and they will not refund or replace a defective product. If a manufacturer's warranty accompanies a purchased product, all matters related to the warranty run strictly between the customer and the manufacturer. Written notice to Package Free regarding non-conforming products or non-delivery may be sent to the provided mailing and/or email address.
