Palm of Ferronia aims to process all orders within 3-4 working days after the order is placed. If a product is out of stock, customers will be notified via email. UK orders are shipped via "Royal Mail 48 Hour" delivery, which is a trackable service and expected to take 2-3 working days once dispatched. Express shipping is also available via UPS, but customers should allow 3-4 working days for dispatch. International orders are shipped via UPS, with tracking. Customers should allow up to 4 weeks for their order to arrive and follow their tracking in case customs fees are payable. International orders are DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and the customer will be responsible for any customs fees. Unfortunately, the brand has had to pause EU shipping due to increasing numbers of parcels being returned, but they will still offer EU shipping on a case-by-case basis.
Palm of Ferronia has a strict return policy due to the nature of their products. They do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or the customer experiences an allergic reaction within the first 14 days of purchase. Customers are advised to carefully read the ingredients list before purchasing to avoid any skin sensitivities or allergies. In case of a damaged or faulty item, or if the customer experiences a reaction, they should contact Palm of Ferronia immediately. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, a replacement will be provided after investigation. However, refunds or replacements for Palm of Feronia products purchased from another retailer cannot be actioned by the company, and customers should contact the website or store they purchased from.
