Peloton's Shipping Policy

Peloton charges a $7 shipping fee for all ground packages shipped via USPS (2-5 Days) for a la carte accessory purchases. However, orders with a subtotal over $50 after applied credits, discounts, and promotions will receive free shipping within the Continental U.S. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days and are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping addresses, weather conditions, and high volume of packages during holidays or promotional events.

Peloton's Return Policy

Peloton offers a 30-day return policy for their new Peloton Bike, Peloton Bike+, Peloton Tread, Peloton Guide, or Peloton Row. Customers can request a return within 30 days of delivery, except for purchases that are eligible for the Home Trial. The return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents, which are subject to the terms of the limited warranties. Peloton does not offer a refund for shipping or delivery charges. Returns must be approved, and customers will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $250 or more for Bikes, $300 or more for Treads, $50 for Guide, and $250 or more for Row, depending on their location. If a customer purchased a Peloton Guide, they can return it within 30 days of delivery with the original packaging and a return label provided by the Support Team. Peloton is not responsible for lost packages without proof of tracking. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, and it may take up to 14 days to process the refund. If a Peloton Product is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, Peloton reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge additional restocking fees.
