Printed Mint offers shipping through US Postal Service, DHL, and FedEx, with the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method if necessary. The average production timeline for most products is 2-4+ business days, with some products experiencing further delays as indicated on the individual product page. Bulk orders of $200+ have a production timeline of 5-7 business days. Express Production is also available with an average timeline of 1-2 business days. It is important to note that during the holiday season, production time may be extended starting from November 15th. FedEx is unable to ship to PO Boxes, so USPS shipping options must be selected for such orders.
Printed Mint has a return policy that allows customers to return items that are damaged during shipping. If an item is damaged, customers must notify Printed Mint within 5 business days of receiving the item. Once the claim is approved, a replacement item will be shipped as soon as possible. However, once an order is placed online, it cannot be canceled for any reason. If customers have any questions or concerns about product returns, discrepancies, back-ordered items, or anything else, they can contact the Printed Mint home office directly. The email address for customer support is support@printedmint.com. It is important to note that all return shipping charges will be borne by the retailer, unless the item is being returned due to a manufacturer's defect. Reshipment fees may apply to returned packages with undeliverable addresses. Printed Mint will refund ground shipping charges on returns for defects, but any other method of return shipping will not be granted.
