Free standard shipping is available for orders $150 and above to the 48 continental United States. Most products ship from their fulfillment center in Dallas, TX, except for prescription and custom eyewear. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, and orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday. Ground shipping takes 2-7 business days from the ship date, while 2-Day shipping takes 2 business days, and Next Day shipping takes 1 business day. P.O. Box deliveries typically take 5 - 10 business days. International orders placed via their U.S. website are shipped from their U.S. fulfillment center using UPS Worldwide Express Saver, and average delivery time is 2 - 4 business days. Customers are responsible for all duties and local taxes, and shipping costs vary depending on shipping address, shipping option, and preferred shipping carrier.

Roka's Return Policy

Roka accepts returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of receipt. Prescription eyewear returns are allowed but require a $20 restocking fee. The company guarantees their lab work and will rework any prescription at their cost if there is an issue. Outlet Store and other discounted items may be restricted to exchanges only or final sale only. Pricing on ROKA.com applies to in-stock items only and may not be applied to past purchases.
