For orders over £20, customers are eligible for free Royal Mail Standard shipping, which also takes 3 to 5 business days. For wholesale and barber portal orders, the shipping cost varies based on the order value. Orders ranging from £0 to £71 have a shipping cost of £1.95 and take 2 to 4 business days for delivery. Orders ranging from £72 to £99 have a shipping cost of £5.95 and also take 2 to 4 business days. However, for orders valued at £100 or more, shipping is free and takes 2 to 4 business days. For international shipping, Slick Gorilla offers DHL Globalmail for both Europe and worldwide destinations. For Europe, the shipping cost is £4.95 and delivery takes 5 to 10 business days. For worldwide destinations, the shipping cost is £10.00 and delivery takes 10 to 24 business days. Please note that due to strike action, orders delivered by Royal Mail may be subject to delays, and customers are advised to allow extra time and check tracking information.

Slick Gorilla offers a 30 day risk free money back guarantee on all their products. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase for any reason, they can return the product within 30 days of making the purchase.
