Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, and delivered in 3-5 business days from the shipping date. For international orders, Soko Glam ships to a variety of countries and the shipping carrier may vary depending on the destination. International orders are shipped from the US and are delivered within 3-10 business days from the shipping date. Please note that shipping restrictions apply and Soko Glam is unable to ship any products containing collagen to Australia at this time.

Soko Glam's Return Policy

Soko Glam accepts returns on both new and gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date for either a refund to your original payment method or a store credit to use toward future purchases. Only products purchased directly on the website are eligible for return. Refunds will exclude the amount of any outbound shipping costs and return label fees. For international orders, any taxes or duties incurred against your purchase are non-refundable through Soko Glam. All gift card, sheet mask, and set purchases are final sale. Repeated returns behavior may lead to the closure of your Soko Glam account or future orders being refused at their discretion.
