Starface ships to the US, Canada, and the UK. In the US, orders over $35 enjoy free shipping and arrive within 4-8 days. Express shipping is also available for an additional fee of $12 and takes 2-3 days. In the UK, orders over $35 arrive in 2 business days and overnight shipping is available for an additional fee of $8. In Canada, orders over $35 take 3-10 business days. Starface also ships to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, with delivery typically taking 9-14 days. All orders come with a tracking number, which takes a couple days to register.

Starface's Return Policy

Starface has a 30-day refund policy for incorrect orders and damaged products. Customers can request a replacement, but refunds are not available for used or opened products. Any return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and refunds should take between 5–10 business days to process. To return an item, customers must do so within 30 days of purchase and must cover the return shipping costs. Used and opened products are not eligible for refunds.
