Tula's Shipping Policy

Tula ships to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. For customers outside of the US or Puerto Rico, Tula does not currently offer international shipping. However, customers can email help@tula.com to add their name to the waitlist and be notified when Tula becomes available in their area. Tula also offers shipping to Canada. Once an order is placed, there is a processing period of 2-3 business days before it ships. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Standard shipping is available for $7.00, but is free for orders over $40.00. Expedited shipping is available for $10.00 and overnight shipping is available for $25.00. Delivery times may vary, and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may experience longer delivery times.

Tula's Return Policy

Tula has a flexible and free returns policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can initiate a return or exchange within 60 calendar days of the order date. To do so, they must click on the provided link.
