Vitruvi offers shipping to Canada, the US, UK, and Australia. For orders within Canada and the US, orders over $45 receive free shipping. For international orders from the UK or Australia, orders over $250 receive free shipping, and orders under $250 have a $50 shipping fee. Standard shipping takes 3-8 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.
Vitruvi's return policy allows customers to exchange or return Stone, Move and Stay diffusers within 30 days of purchase and all other products within 15 days of purchase. Essential oil kits can only be returned for store credit. All UK and Australia orders are final sale. To return an item, customers must email [email protected] to receive a return shipping label and send the product back free of charge to receive a full refund. It typically takes the company a few days to process a return.
