War Paint's Shipping Policy

War Paint only dispatches orders from Monday to Friday and does not dispatch orders over the weekend. Orders received before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day, while orders received after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day. UK Standard Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days, while the Next Working Day service is available for UK customers. For international customers, shipping is available for Europe, Rest of World, and the United States of America. Shipping times vary depending on the location and type of shipping method chosen, which can be either Airmail Untracked or Airmail Tracked. Unfortunately, we do not have any information on shipping prices, shipping costs, or shipping deals at this time. If a delivery is late, War Paint requires 28 days to pass before officially calling the parcel lost. Once the 28 days have passed, they will send another parcel or refund the money. Klarna payment options are also available for customers.

War Paint's Return Policy

War Paint accepts returns for unused products within 14 days of receiving the order. Used or opened products may be refunded at the discretion of the company. Customers can also exchange a product for a different shade within 14 days of receiving the order. A cancellation can be made within an hour of placing the order. To initiate a return, customers must email info@warpaintformen.com for shipping information and are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items can only be refunded with store credit. The company issues a full refund for the product (not postage) on to the payment card that was used at purchase once the return is received.
