After these procedures, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. However, it is important to note that shipping times are not under their control and cannot be guaranteed. Tracking information can take 3-5 business days to update even after your order has already been shipped. In case you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately to get to you faster, and you may receive one item before the next. Wonder Dream guarantees delivery of all orders and if orders are not received due to circumstances beyond their control, a replacement item will be ordered and shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed.
Wonder Dream offers a 30-day return policy for customers who wish to receive a refund or replacement. To initiate a return, customers must email hello@wonderdream.co. The item must be unopened, unused, and in perfect sellable condition to qualify for a full refund. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refusals of delivery will not be refunded and must follow the return process stated on the website. The company does not accept exchanges at this time. Return requests for orders received and delivered after 30 days will be declined. The company is not responsible for items with manufacturing defects unless the customer contacts customer support with a brief description of the problem and a video or image of the defect. The return process must be initiated via email to qualify for a refund. Orders shipped back to the address on the shipping label will not qualify for a refund unless confirmed by the returns team via email.
