It is important to note that Aje does not ship to PO boxes, DPO addresses, or parcel lockers. Transit times provided are guidelines and may vary depending on the pick-up from their warehouse in Sydney, Australia, delivery locations, and customs clearance. Taxes are calculated at checkout and are due to be paid with the order. Additional duties fees may apply for orders above a certain value, determined by the location. Aje's Return Policy

Aje offers a flexible and accommodating online returns policy for change of mind. Customers can receive a refund or store credit for most full price merchandise purchased through ajeworld.com. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all tags attached. Swimwear and women's bodysuits must have intact hygiene stickers, and shoes must be unworn and in their original packaging. Jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Returns must be made within twenty one (21) days of the delivery date and proof of purchase must be provided. Items purchased from third party stores or online stores stocking Aje cannot be returned directly to Aje and should be addressed with the respective store. Any items that do not meet the return criteria will not be valid for return and will be returned at the customer's expense. Aje monitors the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns in breach of the terms and conditions may result in future orders being refused and cancelled. Faulty returns are also accepted, and customers should contact customerservice@ajeworld.com within 48 hours of receiving their purchase with images and a description of the fault.
