Alex Crane's Shipping Policy

Alex Crane offers free shipping on all domestic orders over $200 and ships via USPS from Monday to Friday, usually within 24 hours of the order. Expedited orders must be placed before noon to receive the next business day. For international orders, the brand provides two shipping services: International Priority Fully Landed Cost and International Priority Customs Not Included. The former covers all shipping costs, including customs and duties, while the latter only covers the shipping cost, with customs and duties billed separately by the destination country's customs agency. If a package is lost in transit, Alex Crane provides store credit or a replacement product instead of a refund. However, if a package is delivered but missing, customers must file a claim with USPS as the brand cannot cover the cost of replacing missing or stolen packages.

Alex Crane's Return Policy

Alex Crane offers returns and exchanges on all domestic (US) orders within 21 days of purchase for a refund or up to 40 days for an exchange or store credit. A $7 restocking fee is charged for returns. International orders can be returned within 21 days of delivery, but the customer must cover the shipping costs. Happy Returns is available for eligible (unworn and unwashed) returns and exchanges, with no return label required. However, items purchased from a third party, final sale items, and items delivered more than 18 days from date of return cannot be returned or exchanged.
