Alternative Apparel's Return Policy

Alternative Apparel Clothing allows both returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase. Returns are free on orders placed within the 48 continental U.S. Items must be returned in their original condition. To make an exchange or return, customers must complete the return form, state the style, color, and size of the item they will be replacing, put items and return form in the original package, print the prepaid USPS return label via the DHL portal, attach the label to the package, and bring it to a drop off point. If customers request an exchange, the item will be shipped to them free of charge, but this can take up to 2 weeks to process. Last chance or final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
