Bandier offers various domestic shipping options for its customers in the US. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days and costs $12, but it's free for orders over $195. For faster delivery, customers can choose 3 business days, 2 business days, or next business day delivery for $17, $25, and $45, respectively. They do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses and do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. For Hawaii and Alaska customers, they only offer ground shipping.

Bandier's Return Policy

Bandier offers returns on all merchandise except items marked as Final Sale. Customers have 21 days from the shipment date to initiate a return or exchange through returns.bandier.com. Damaged and Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Gift boxes cannot be returned for a refund. Footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and without postal labels. Bandier reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet their return requirements, including merchandise that does not comply with their policy, is worn or washed, missing tags, or exhibits indicators of use for photoshoots or production use only. If you use your own return carrier, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and Bandier is not responsible for lost returns. The company deducts a $10.00 fee from refunds for returns. There is no information on how long it takes for the company to process a return. Afterpay or Shop Pay purchases can be returned or exchanged online only, and customers should not return purchases to Afterpay or Shop Pay.
