Betabrand's Shipping Policy

Betabrand offers free domestic shipping for purchases over $75, with a flat fee for orders under that amount. International shipping is available for a standard fee of $25 per order, but orders cannot be shipped to international PO boxes. However, Betabrand does not assume responsibility for any taxes or duties upon receipt of international orders. Delivery times vary, with standard domestic delivery taking 6-10 business days and international orders taking up to 30 business days. Orders are subject to a processing period of 2-4 business days before they ship. Betabrand provides tracking information for all orders, but international customers should note that tracking is only available while the package is in the United States. The brand does not ship to certain countries, including Afghanistan, India, Mexico, Russia, and Turkey. Betabrand offers Onward Shipping Protection for an additional fee, which covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, if this protection is not purchased, Betabrand is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

Betabrand's Return Policy

Betabrand offers a 60-day return or exchange policy for unworn and unwashed items. Domestic orders can be returned for a refund back to the original payment, exchange for a different size in the same exact style and color, or receive an additional $5 bonus if you choose to receive your refund as a gift card. Exchanges can take up to two weeks to process after receiving the item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable. International orders can only be returned for a refund. The company does not accept returns or exchanges on items ordered from their Last Chance page. International customers can either use a pre-paid shipping label or purchase their own shipping label. Refunds are applied only to the original payment method and gift cards cannot be changed back to a refund once requested.
