DTCetc’s Take

About Crap Eyewear

Crap Eyewear is an independent sunglass brand in reaction to the overpriced and overly serious sunglass market. The brand's mission is to create funky, bioacetate eyewear without the heavy retail markup. Their sunglasses are made with bioacetate, a biodegradable and plant-based frame material, and their packaging is single-use plastic-free. As a Climate Neutral certified brand, Crap Eyewear takes responsibility for their business and products' carbon emissions by fully offsetting their total carbon footprint. They are also a proud member of 1% For The Planet. With a deep appreciation for the countercultures of Southern California, Crap Eyewear strives to support music, fashion, skateboarding, and surfing scenes with thoughtful integrity.

Who Shops At Crap Eyewear

Crap Eyewear's target customers are individuals who are looking for funky and unique sunglasses without breaking the bank. They appreciate the brand's commitment to sustainability, affordability, and its support for countercultures such as music, fashion, skateboarding, and surfing.
