Desmond and Dempsey's Shipping Policy

Desmond and Dempsey offers free standard shipping within the UK through Royal Mail, with a delivery time of 3-5 working days. Next day delivery is available for a fee of £8, while Saturday delivery is £10. Same-day London delivery is also available for select items and postcodes. For Jersey and Guernsey, standard shipping is £5 or free for orders over £100, with express shipping available for £15. International orders are shipped in one gift box, and express shipping is free for orders over $150 CAD or €100. Shipping fees for international orders vary based on the destination. Desmond and Dempsey does not currently ship to Russia in support of Ukraine.

Desmond and Dempsey's Return Policy

Desmond and Dempsey has a no-nonsense return policy that allows customers to receive a refund, exchange, or credit note of the same value within 30 days of purchase, or 14 days for sale or discounted items. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time by contacting the customer care team. However, certain items cannot be returned, including monogrammed or bespoke orders, underwear, knickers or boxer shorts, socks that have had their labels removed or been tried on, gift cards, and items purchased at the in-studio sample sale. It is important to note that sample sale items purchased in the studio cannot be returned.
