Delivery schedules are estimated and vary depending on shipping locations. Weather issues may cause a delay in delivery. For cancellations or modifications, customers can contact DSTLD at hello@dstld.la, but orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or modified. The brand will help resolve disputes caused by shipping carrier errors or delays, but will not be held liable or responsible for them.

DSTLD offers free return shipping for returns and exchanges made within 30 days through their automated portal at returns.dstld.com. All returned items must have all original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed, altered, or damaged. Sale items are considered "final sale" and cannot be returned. Exchanges are permitted, but may only be made once per order. Exchanging an order that has already been exchanged once is not permitted. Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed for a full refund of the purchase price and taxes minus exchanges and original shipping charges. Items purchased at 70% off are final sale, and items purchased at 40% to 60% off are exchange only. To start a return, customers must go to returns.dstld.com and enter their order number and shipping address zip code. A prepaid shipping label will then be generated and sent via email for the customer to print. The company is not responsible for items lost or damaged by carrier in transit.
