Fear of God's Shipping Policy

Fear of God's standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons. Fear of God offers free standard ground shipping for all full price mainline orders shipping within the United States, which takes 4-7 business days to arrive once the order leaves their distribution center in Los Angeles. For all other purchases, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be based on the shipping address and estimated weight of the package. International shipping rates vary and are calculated during checkout based on the location and estimated weight of the package.

Fear of God's Return Policy

Fear of God has a standard return policy for items purchased on their website. All returns must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the item(s). To be eligible for return, the item(s) must be in saleable condition, in its original packaging with tags attached. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box and dust bags. All essentials, collaboration, and sale products are final sale, with no exceptions. The item must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances. Fear of God does not accept returns of their products purchased at their retail partners. Domestic returns can be submitted through Returnly and international returns must be processed through their international shipping and returns partner. Fear of God is not responsible for any shipments lost in transit that are not shipped through Global-e. Customers should pack all items they are returning and include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned. Fear of God recommends obtaining a receipt or tracking number for the return. The company processes all returns within 7-14 business days. Sale products, Birkenstock, essentials, the California, underwear/boxer briefs, socks, and sunglasses are all final sale.
