FIGS offers shipping to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Guam, U.S. PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on the shipping address. Standard shipping to Canada, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom typically arrives in 5-10 business days, while standard shipping to Australia typically arrives in 10-18 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost and delivery times vary by country. Orders with embroidered items will take up to 4-5 additional weeks to ship.

FIGS's Return Policy

FIGS accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. The items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state they were received. Worn or damaged merchandise will not be accepted. Before They Go items, custom-made products, final sale merchandise, and products specified as non-returnable in its description cannot be returned. Embroidered items are also final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. To return an item, customers must go to the returns page on the FIGS website, select the items they want to return or exchange, and fill out the necessary details. US returns and exchanges are easy, fast, and free. Customers must ship the items back using the resealable shipping bag and the system-generated prepaid label received when completing the return form. International returns are also free, and customers must follow instructions listed after their return shipping label is created.
