Ghospell's Shipping Policy

Ghospell's shipping policy states that orders placed after 3pm (UK time) will be sent out the next business day. Deliveries are generally made during business days and hours, from Monday to Friday, with a delivery window of 7am to 5pm. It is important to select a delivery address where someone can be present during business hours to receive and sign for the package. Packages cannot be delivered if not signed for. International customers should be aware that customs and import duties, taxes, and fees may be payable and are the responsibility of the customer. The brand is not responsible for any VAT, duties, and/or taxes applied by the local customs authority.

Ghospell's Return Policy

Ghospell's return policy allows for all orders to be returned by post using their online returns service. Once the items have been shipped back, the company will email the customer to confirm receipt and completion of the refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items are properly packaged and protected during transit. International customers must follow the same instructions as European returns, and include a copy of the original order confirmation or invoice inside the parcel, as well as writing 'UK RETURNED GOODS' on the outside.
