For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders, UPS SurePost® is $20 and takes 5-14 business days. Hanky Panky does not ship internationally, but international sites are available for Canada, the UK, and Europe for orders to those locations. All tracking information can be found by logging on to your account or through the UPS site.

Hanky Panky's Return Policy

Hanky Panky offers returns on all unworn items (with original tags attached) within 30 days of delivery, excluding any rolled items that have been unrolled after purchase, opened multi-packs, face masks, and sales items. To return an item, customers must go to the Hanky Panky Return Center to start the process and a return label will be provided for an $8 fee ($14 for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico). Exchanges are eligible and must be done through the Return Center with unworn, unwashed, and tagged items. Processing time for returns is not specified.
