Janji's Shipping Policy

Janji offers free standard USPS shipping for orders over $55 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $55, standard shipping is a fixed $6 fee. Expedited shipping through UPS is also available at checkout for customers who need their Janji gear faster. The brand aims to ship all orders confirmed before 1 PM (ET) on the following business day, but delays may occur during sale or holiday periods. International shipping is available for a fixed $20 rate, but customers are responsible for any duties, customs, or fees applied to international orders. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on how quickly the local postal service accepts packages from USPS.

Janji's Return Policy

Janji offers a 30-day return policy for items purchased on the website. Returns for a refund must be initiated within 30 days of the order's shipment date and cannot include items that have been worn or washed. Original hang-tags must be attached to garments as they were received. Exchanges or returns for credit of equal value may be initiated within 60 days of when the order ships. The company does not accept returns or exchanges on any Janji gear purchased from other stores or websites. Domestic returns made within the United States are covered by the company, but international exchanges and returns made outside the United States are not. The company charges a $5 restocking fee per order (not per item) for returns that are refunded. It is important to note that the company does not offer returns or exchanges on any items that have been worn or washed.
