Greater Toronto Area can expect their orders to arrive within 5 business days, while Canada and USA can expect their orders to arrive within 2-7 business days. International orders can take up to 5-12 business days. It is important to note that shipping times may take longer than usual due to carrier delays and the brand cannot guarantee an exact arrival date. Kotn also offers Sezzle as a payment option, allowing customers to split their purchase into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks with no impact on their credit.

Kotn's Return Policy

Kotn offers a flexible return policy for regular-priced items within North America, with a time limit of 30 days from the original order delivery date or in-store purchase date. The product being returned must be in its original condition with tags attached, and bedding must be returned with the original packaging, including the drawstring pouch. Canadian and US orders are issued a free shipping return label, and returns can also be made at any of Kotn's store locations with the product being returned and the receipt. Refunds, store credits, and exchanges will be processed once the product being returned is in-transit. However, sale and non-Kotn branded items, intimates (socks and underwear), headwear, ceramics, notebooks, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. If a customer received a damaged product, they should contact the support team to assist with the return.
