However, these timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Pre-order items and shipments to PO boxes, military, and US territory addresses may have extended shipping timelines. For international orders, all shipments are made with DHL Express and arrive on an estimated timeline indicated at checkout.

M.M.LaFleur's Return Policy

M.M. LaFleur offers a straightforward return policy for US customers. To begin a return or exchange, customers can use Happy Returns for in-person returns or generate a shipping label to return by mail. Full-price items can be returned within 21 days of shipment for a refund to the original payment method, provided they are unworn and unaltered with original tags attached. Sale items are either refundable for store credit only or are final sale, depending on the item discount level. Samples and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. US returns are free, but international returns will incur a $20 fee deducted from the refund total. Exchanges are not currently available for international orders.
