Mavi Jeans's Shipping Policy

Mavi Jeans offers free standard shipping on all orders $75 or more within the continental United States. Orders under $75 can be shipped for a fee of $8. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional cost, including 2nd Day Air for $20 and Next Day Air for $35. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and shipping times may vary based on merchandise availability. The brand ships via UPS and requires a street address for delivery. Signature confirmation is required for orders with 5 units or more or valued at $500 or more. Mavi Jeans does not currently ship to PO Box, APO, or US territories.

Mavi Jeans's Return Policy

Mavi Jeans offers a 30-day return policy for items that have not been washed, worn or damaged, and all original tags must be attached. To initiate a return, customers can visit the Return Center and follow the step-by-step instructions to print a free return label. Return shipping is also free. However, final sale items are excluded from this policy. It may take up to 7-10 business days to process a refund once the company receives the returned item(s). If the return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to the customer.
