Merlette NYC offers complimentary shipping within the US via FedEx Ground for orders. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are expected to arrive between 3-7 business days once shipped. Expedited delivery is also available for a flat rate of $40. Orders over $1000 will be automatically shipped with a signature required for safety purposes. Shipping charges are not refundable. For international shipping, orders will be shipped for a flat rate of $40 and should arrive within 3-8 business days. The international shipping flat rate does not include duties or taxes. Merlette NYC does not ship to freight forwarding addresses and cannot accept returns on international orders.
Merlette accepts returns on full price items within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided a Returns Authorization has been granted. Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition it was received in, with the hangtag intact. Returns requested beyond 14 days from the receipt of the order will not be accepted. Once the eligible return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed and a merchandise credit will be applied to the original method of payment. It may take up to 7-10 business days to process the refund. Items shipped outside of the US are not eligible to be returned at this time. If an order arrives damaged, the customer must contact Merlette within 3 business days with pictures and a description of the damage. If the item needs to be repaired, replaced, or refunded, Merlette will provide free return shipping.
