Milook's Shipping Policy

Milook has a clear shipping policy for their customers. They use LM Logistik in Vegby as their main shipping company, with DHL being the common choice. For purchases under 600 KR, there is a shipping fee of 59 KR. The package is delivered to the nearest delivery point, and if any damages occur during pick-up, customers are advised to report it directly to the delivery point. Milook sends an order confirmation to the provided email address after the order is placed, and the estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days. In case of any delays, customers will be contacted and given the option to cancel their purchase. It is important to note that in the event of a product exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Additionally, all packages must be picked up, and if a customer changes their mind after the package has been sent, they must collect the package and send it back to Milook. Failure to collect the package will result in a fee of SEK 300.

Milook's Return Policy

Milook offers a 14-day exchange and return policy for their goods. Customers have the right to return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item has not been used and is returned in undamaged condition. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees. When returning an item, it is important to include the original packaging and any brand tags. If an item is wrongly shipped or incorrect, the company will cover the return postage. The brand follows the Swedish Consumer Agency's rules for e-commerce in cases of exchange, return, or complaint.
