Ministry of Supply's Return Policy

Ministry of Supply charges a $25 return fee for international returns, which is deducted from the refund. However, there is no return fee for exchanges or site credit. International customers are responsible for any duties/fees that may apply from return or exchange shipping, and shipping fees are non-refundable. The brand allows returns or exchanges for all items, except for those marked as Final Sale, which include Last Chance Sale, Previous Generation, Capsule Sale, Gift Cards, and As-Is items. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in new, unworn condition with original hangtags attached, without tears, pilling, sweat stains, makeup stains, or other visible markings, and not altered, washed, or otherwise damaged. Ministry of Supply requires 7-10 business days after the return is received for the refund to appear.
