However, there are certain locations where delivery is not possible. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, and free shipping is available for orders above €100 for Germany and the Netherlands, and above £100 for the United Kingdom. O'Neill's Return Policy

O'Neill Europe offers a return policy for EU consumers who are not completely satisfied with their order. Customers have 30 days to send back the item(s) free of charge through the Online Return Portal or UK Returns portal, depending on their location. The returned item(s) must be adequately packaged in the bag/box it was sent in and cannot have been washed, worn, or have the original tags removed. Facemasks and underwear may only be returned in a completely unworn condition, and the hygiene seal may not be removed from women's and girls' swimwear. The return process can take up to 21 working days to fully process, and customers will receive a confirmation email once their refund has been processed successfully. Delivery charges will only be refunded if the complete order is returned. Unfortunately, the return service for the O'Neill Biofield Jacket is only available for EU consumers who want to ensure the proper disposal and biodegradation of the jacket.
