OneBlade's Shipping Policy

OneBlade offers shipping options based on the shipping address, order value, and total weight of products in the cart. For orders over $35, standard shipping is free for U.S. addresses. Orders to Mexico and Canada are shipped via USPS, and both domestic and international shipping fees are subsidized by the brand. To see available shipping methods, customers can add items to their cart and proceed to checkout. Orders are processed and shipped out on weekdays, with expedited shipping taking priority over standard shipping. Delivery time will vary depending on the chosen shipping method.

OneBlade's Return Policy

OneBlade offers a 60-day return policy for their razors. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase and the support team cannot help them achieve the perfect shave within 60 days of delivery, they may return the razor for a refund. The razor must be returned in its original packaging and in like-new, working condition. Shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping costs are deducted from the customer's refund unless the customer ships their return with their own shipping label. Blades and skincare products are not eligible for return or refund once the packaging has been opened and the seal is broken. Engraved and refurbished razors are final sale except in the event of order error or manufacturing defect. Refunds will be issued 5-7 days after returns are checked into the warehouse and could take a further 5-10 business days for the funds to show in the customer's account. To initiate a return, customers must follow the instructions provided on the OneBlade website.
