Only NY's Shipping Policy

Only NY offers fast processing times for most orders, with shipments typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. However, during promotional periods, processing may take up to 8-10 business days. Domestic shipping is available through UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day, with delivery times ranging from 4-7 business days and 1-2 business days, respectively. Shipping prices are calculated based on weight and destination, with real-time quotes offered during checkout. Only NY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. International orders are shipped using DHL Express, with shipping costs calculated based on order size and quantity. Duties and taxes are also calculated at checkout, and customers will not have to pay them upon delivery. Only NY does not currently ship to P.O. Box addresses or outside of the contiguous United States for decks.

Only NY's Return Policy

Only NY accepts returns of full-priced items within 14 days of purchase or delivery. The items must be in their original condition with tags attached and unworn. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To request a return, customers can click on the provided link. Exchanges are treated as a new purchase. Refunds take 3-5 business days to process and may take several business days to reflect on the customer's credit card account. Customers who return more than $500 in a 12 month period may be subject to a modified return policy. The customer is responsible for all lost or stolen packages.
