Petit Pli's Shipping Policy

Petit Pli offers international shipping to as many countries as possible, with delivery costs varying based on location. All deliveries are sent via tracked services for peace of mind. Goods are dispatched within 2 working days, and deliveries to the UK normally arrive the next working day after dispatch. Petit Pli does not deliver to PO Box addresses, and if a PO Box address is entered in certain countries, a valid telephone number will be required. EU duties are included in the final order total, and additional duty charges now apply to EU orders due to Brexit. The responsibility of import duties for shipments to the rest of the world is to be borne by the recipient.

Petit Pli's Return Policy

Petit Pli offers a risk-free guarantee for their UK customers, meaning they will handle the cost of a returned item if the LittleHuman changes their mind. To be eligible for a return, the garment must be unused and in new condition with the original packaging if possible. Refunds will be processed within a certain amount of days if the returned item is approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers outside of the UK are responsible for returning the item unless there has been an error on Petit Pli's part. Gift cards and facemasks are non-returnable items, and any returned item must be in its original condition. MSK's are not eligible for returns due to hygienic reasons. Customers should contact care@petitpli.com for help with any MSK issues. There is a time limit of 30 days after delivery for returns. If shipping an item over £50, customers should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
