Quince's Shipping Policy

Quince's Return Policy

Quince offers a generous return policy of 365 days from the delivery date for a full refund on all items aside from promotional products and made-to-order pieces, which are subject to a $35 restocking fee. To return an item, customers must create an account with the connected email address, go to the Return or Replace Items section, fill out the information, repackage the items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and send it out. Returns are usually processed within a few days, but exchanging items is faster if customers submit a return and make a new order. Promotional products cannot be returned.
