Ripndip's Shipping Policy

Ripndip, a clothing brand, offers domestic (USA) and international shipping. During non-holiday periods, purchased items will be shipped within 2-5 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 1 to 3. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority & First Class, or UPS, and standard delivery time is 3-6 business days from the date shipped. They now offer $10 flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $125 (some exclusions may apply). For international shipping, they offer flat rate international shipping and currency conversion through Global-e to 61 countries, and for certain countries, you can now pay duties and taxes at checkout. They even cover duties and taxes for certain countries. However, Ripndip is not responsible for international shipping delays, customs duties or taxes fees, or lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. They suggest adding Route package protection at checkout to protect your order against loss or theft.

Ripndip's Return Policy

Ripndip offers a return policy for non-sale items purchased between 11/18 and 12/25, allowing customers to return or exchange items until January 15th, 2022. All items must be unworn, have tags intact, and be in their original packaging. Sale items purchased during Black Friday are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchanges are accepted within 16 days of purchase, except for final sale items. A store credit code will be granted equal to the value of the item(s) returned minus an $8 return shipping label fee. No refunds are offered for returns, and store credit codes are not valid for in-store purchases. International returns are accepted for store credit codes for the value of the item returned as long as it is unworn and in original packaging, but the company does not cover shipping costs or allow refunds. Customers can start the return process by using the RIPNDIP Returns Center and printing their shipping label.
