Stiksen's Shipping Policy

Stiksen offers shipping from Sweden to various destinations, including Europe and North America. The delivery time for orders within Sweden is 1-3 business days after order confirmation, while the rest of the world can expect delivery within 3-7 business days. Customers within the EU typically receive their packages within 3-5 business days. Shipping is free to countries in the EU and Norway, and for other countries, it is free if the order value exceeds €99. Otherwise, a small shipping fee of €3.90 is charged. Returns and exchanges are free, and the return period is 30 days after receiving the package. All orders are traceable via a tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email. The shipping methods used include Postnord, DHL, Deutsche Post, and Fedex. Deliveries are usually made to a Service Point/Access Point close to the customer's address, but direct delivery to the door is also possible depending on the country.
