Upwest's Shipping Policy

Upwest offers several delivery options for their customers. The U.S. Standard shipping costs $7.00 and takes 5-7 business days for delivery. However, new customers receive free delivery on their first order, and orders over $50 are eligible for free delivery. For faster delivery, customers can choose U.S. Second-Day shipping for $16.00 or U.S. Overnight shipping for $22.00. CBD products are only eligible for U.S. Standard shipping, and there are no returns for these products. Upwest does not currently offer international shipping, and orders are not shipped to Canada. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Upwest's Return Policy

Upwest offers a 60-day return and exchange policy for items purchased online. Customers can initiate a return or exchange online using their order number. Return or exchange by mail is self-service, and a return label can be printed and attached to the package. Items containing CBD, personal care or beauty products with an opened seal, and sale items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are processed within 14 business days, and the original payment minus discounts and fees will be refunded. Prepaid labels are provided for free returns on all purchases within the US. International orders do not qualify for exchanges and will take additional handling time to process. Purchases made in-store must be returned to an UpWest store location. Clearance items ending in '.99' and personal care and beauty products with opened seals are final sale. There are no returns information available for Express Marketplace orders.
