Urban Excess's Return Policy

Urban Excess offers returns and exchanges for customers in the United Kingdom within 30 days of purchase. Customers can book a UK subsidised return through Royal Mail Tracked 48. However, customers are responsible for all return items while in transit. For customers in Europe, returns can be booked via Global-E, with rates varying by country.
