Western Rise's Shipping Policy

Western Rise offers a Flat Rate $7 standard shipping for all domestic orders under $150, with FREE standard shipping for orders over $150. Expedited domestic shipping options are also available, starting at $7 for Priority (1 week) and going up to $40 for Overnight (1-2 business days). Processing and shipping times may be delayed up to 3-5 business days. Western Rise also ships internationally, with shipping rates set by the carrier and shown at checkout. Duties and taxes may apply for international shipments, which are the responsibility of the customer. Western Rise does not offer expedited shipping options for international orders at this time.

Western Rise's Return Policy

Western Rise offers a hassle-free return policy for their products. Customers can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in its original condition with tags still on. Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on the original order. During the holidays, all items purchased after Nov. 1st are eligible for return/exchanges until January 15th of the following year. Some items such as face masks, opened socks, undergarments or related items are marked as non-returnable due to safety/health reasons. International purchases are final, but if an item is not working out, a return can be facilitated if the customer pays the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed upon receipt, excluding any original shipping or customs/duties fees.
